hey friends!
i have some big news to share! i have received a scholarship to train in bali for becoming a certified yoga instructor. i’m ecstatic that i’ve been given a scholarship, however it doesn’t cover the entire cost of this training.
i’ve used all my savings i could scrounge up, and am selling the car i’ve had for 10 years. (this car has literally gotten me everywhere and provided a safe place for me to live at certain periods in my life) however, selling it would provide me with a roundtrip ticket to something i know i’m meant to do.
i didn’t want to ask for donations so that’s why i’m encouraging anyone and everyone to purchase a print (or two, or twenty! ha!) if you’re able to. i created a few donation options through my etsy for those of you who are in a position to give financially. i want to give everyone something tangible in return, so buying prints or choosing a donation option would help fund my training, AND you’d get a handmade package in your mailbox:)
i understand if you’re not in a position to be able to help financially but spreading the word is free and helps immensely! i personally don’t have facebook but many of you do! so if you have a blog/facebook/tumblr and feel comfortable posting this, i would be so grateful! truly!
i will (of course) document this trip and have many new photos to share on this journey, so if you enjoy my photography, this would be an incredible way to support it!
